Functions of this interface are as follows:

No root required View/edit saved access points even when they are out of range
Delete and disable them
Add new one
Root required View and share saved WiFi passwords

      The enabled/disabled state can be overwritten by system, so this changing is not permanent, e.g. when WiFi is connecting, only one is enabled and the rest are disabled.
